Adventures in Cooking #3 Results

The Seared Sea Scallops on Potato Medallion were fabulous.
It was like a taste extravaganza in your mouth. All the flavors melding together made for an interesting sensation.

The recipe is very easy to make and the only suggestion I have is to make sure you get SMALL scallops or cut them in half.
