Tomorrow I head to stay with daughter's family until Sunday, which is the granddaughter's birthday. As far as things I need to do to take care of my health, I do fine at home. I have a routine and it is working well.
There is NO SUCH thing as a routine at my daughter's house. I am going to really have to work hard and think about what I am doing to stay on track. I do NOT want to lose the progress I have made up till now.
I did go buy some fruit to take with me and I will take MY cereal. She only has Honey Nut Cheerios which are way to sweet for me.
On Sunday, I will have to remember to save carbs and calories for a piece of Backyardigain cake!
